Mr. Grindler’s practice focuses on defending subcontractors and design professionals in construction and design defect disputes, as well as representing general contractors and product manufacturers. These disputes involve a variety of allegations including water intrusion, inadequate building or site drainage, façade and roof failures, and structural deficiencies. Mr. Grindler has represented clients in all aspects of the Chapter 558 pre-suit process, litigation, mediation and arbitration.
Mr. Grindler’s career includes experience working for a Florida based realty firm where he led the acquisition, financing, and redevelopment activities valued in excess of $1 billion. His experience included involvement in the negotiation of joint venture agreements with intuitional partners. In addition, Mr. Grindler’s experience includes workouts, lease negotiations and credit underwriting. He is a member of the Land Use Law Section of the Florida bar.
