Peter R. Pidermann is an associate at the Firm’s Miami office. Mr. Pidermann practices general civil litigation with an emphasis in complex commercial litigation. His practice areas include appellate advocacy, cases involving unfair business practices and unfair competition, the representation of corporate clients in commercial matters, class action defense, trade secret misappropriation, hospitality and public accommodations law, toxic torts, and entertainment law.
Professional and Community Involvement
Mr. Pidermann received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College in 2010 and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University in 2014. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Pidermann was captain and MVP of the Varsity Football team, while also playing rugby and running track & field. While in law school, Mr. Pidermann interned for the Honorable Marissa Tinkler-Mendez of the Miami-Dade Criminal Court, and was Vice President of the Entertainment, Arts, & Sports Law Society. He also worked for a prominent Government and Public Relations firm as an associate lobbyist, and assisted the Director of Football Operations for Florida State University.
