Professional Experience

Alina Morhaim is an associate at the Firm’s Miami office. Ms. Morhaim received her Bachelor of Law at the Crimea Law Institute, Yaroslav the Wise National Law Academy of Ukraine and her Master of Law at the Yaroslav the Wise National Law Academy of Ukraine. While completing her legal studies in Ukraine, Ms. Morhaim served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Irina Treshchova in the Administrative Court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Ms. Morhaim also served as a legal intern at the Simferopol District Prosecutor’s Office. After becoming an attorney in Ukraine, Ms. Morhaim began her law career in the United States where she earned her Juris Doctor from the St. Thomas University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Morhaim received Dean’s List honors and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jeffrey R. Levenson in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Prior to joining Lydecker|Diaz, Ms. Morhaim worked as an associate in a Downtown Miami law firm, where she represented clients in various criminal and family matters ranging from divorces to violent felonies.
