Professional Experience

David N. Miller, Jr. is a Florida native and is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Miller’s practice includes all aspects of federal and state civil trial litigation with a primary focus in complex commercial litigationgovernment liability, labor & employment law, and premises liability. He has also provided assistance in the areas of cyber liability and internet law, and intellectual property.

Mr. Miller earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida International School of Law in 2018. While attending law school, Mr. Miller was employed at a Miami international tax law firm where he primarily assisted in the formation and maintenance of domestic, foreign, and offshore corporate and trust structures.  During his studies, Mr. Miller also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Maria M. Korvick, Administrative Judge of the 11th Circuit Probate Division. Prior to law school, Mr. Miller was an auditing team member for an accounting firm located in south-central Florida where he primarily assisted in the auditing of city municipalities, water districts, and school boards.
