Professional Experience
Alena Lulchak is an Associate at the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Lulchak concentrates her practice in first-party property defense litigation, with an emphasis in bad faith litigation, fraud investigation, water damage claims, and windstorm coverage issues. Prior to joining Lydecker| Diaz, Ms. Lulchak gained court and litigation experience in the areas of insurance defense, estates and planning, municipal law as City Prosecutor, and general civil litigation including but not limited to evictions, ejectments, breaches of contract, and foreclosures.
Ms. Lulchak received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago Honors College. While in college, Ms. Lulchak spent her time as an Honors Ambassador and Tutor. Ms. Lulchak received her Juris Doctor from Chicago’s John Marshall Law School. While in law school, Ms. Lulchak was an executive member of the Moot Court Honors Executive Board. Additionally, Ms. Lulchak was employed by John Marshall Law School as a Teaching Assistant in legal writing classes. Further, Ms. Lulchak had the fortune experience of working as a Judicial Extern in the Circuit Court of Cook County where she wrote decisions on dispositive motions for the Judge’s consideration.
