Melina Antoinette Lowe is an associate attorney in the firm’s Tampa office. Prior to joining Lydecker Diaz, Ms. Lowe worked as a clerk in a Personal Injury law firm obtaining significant experience in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation. Upon earning her Florida bar licensure, Ms. Lowe started working at a Community Association law firm working with Condominium and Homeowner’s Associations with regards to collection and foreclosure. During law school, Ms. Lowe also volunteered with Pinellas County’s Clerk of Court in the Criminal Law division which allowed her to participate behind the scenes of the local court system.
Ms. Lowe earned her Bachelor’s with a dual degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of South Florida. Following graduation she attended law school at Dwayne O. Andreas school of law in 2015. During law school, Ms. Lowe was a member of her school’s trial team, Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
