About

Kevin joined the firm as an Associate in February of 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin was practicing at a well known litigation boutique law firm, handling a variety of civil litigation with an emphasis on employment disputes. Earlier in his career, Kevin was a Claims Analyst for a large international insurer in its Employment Practices Liability department. In that role, he analyzed employment claims against applicable insurance policies and corresponded with insureds, brokers and defense counsel in a continuing effort to resolve claims at mediations and settlement conferences.

He brings this unique and well-rounded knowledge of employment law and its interplay with insurance coverage to our New York office, where he defends employers in all manner of cases, including those alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, discharge and demotion. He also defends administrative proceedings at the federal, state and municipal levels and represents employers in wage and hour audits.

Kevin also litigates other types of insurance defense matters, commercial cases and insurance coverage disputes. He is a member of the following professional organizations: American Bar Association; Brooklyn Bar Association; Catholic Lawyers Guild (Kings County); New York City Bar Association; New York County Lawyers Association, and; New York State Bar Association. He has previously been a Judge for the Robert F. Wagner National Labor & Employment Law Moot Court Competition, held annually at New York Law School.
