About

Katherine Chin is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Chin’s practice involves all aspects of federal and state civil trial litigation with a primary focus in government liability, labor and employment law, and insurance litigation. Ms. Chin’s litigation experience includes representing private and public employers in all phases of employment litigation, on matters arising under Federal, State and local employment laws.

While completing her legal studies, Ms. Chin served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Tanya Brinkley in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, Domestic Violence Division. In addition, Ms. Chin gained litigation experience while serving as legal intern for the State Attorney’s Office, in the felony division where she assisted with trials and jury selection.
