Professional Experience

Julieta Gomez de Mello is an Associate with the firm.  Ms. Gomez de Mello joined the firm’s New Jersey office in October of 2019.  She focuses her practice in general civil litigation, labor and employment law, complex commercial litigation, government liability and professional liability.  Prior to joining the firm, Julieta worked as a Staff Attorney for South Jersey Legal Services, Inc. in their Migrant Farmworker Unit, handling Federal employment cases.  She also clerked for the Honorable Rodney Cunningham in the New Jersey Superior Court, Atlantic County.  In this capacity, she drafted letter decisions and bench memoranda for Criminal and Civil Division cases.  During law school, Ms. Gomez de Mello worked as a law clerk for Nationwide Insurance and served as the Vice President of the Rutgers Intellectual Property Law Clinic.

Ms. Gomez de Mello received her undergraduate degree from Florida International University and her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law.  She is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
