Ryan Cole is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office. Prior to joining Lydecker | Diaz, Mr. Cole gained significant litigation experience in the areas of insurance defense, representing insurance companies in Hurricane litigation. Mr. Cole also served indigent Hillsborough County residents as an Assistant Public Defender for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. During his years at the Public Defender’s office, Mr. Cole gained invaluable experience litigating thousands of cases in county and circuit courts from beginning to end. He litigated eight jury trials and argued hundreds of motions.
Mr. Cole earned his Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. During Law school, Mr. Cole was president of the Public Interest Law Society. Mr. Cole also interned at the Legal Aid Society of Central Florida helping indigent pro se litigants prepare and file suits in consumer law matters.
