Carl J. Agnone is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office. While earning his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Agnone worked as a law clerk at the Agency for Healthcare Administration as well as a Defendant’s firm where Mr. Agnone focused on personal injury defense and personal injury protection (PIP). Additionally, while earning his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Agnone volunteered his time with the “teen court” program, where he assisted teenagers who were pursuing a career in the legal field.
Mr. Agnone earned his Bachelor’s Degree with a dual focus of Pre-Law and Criminal Justice from Youngstown State University in 2011. Prior to beginning law school in 2014, Mr. Agnone obtained multiple years of courtroom experience while advocating for children who were victims of abuse, abandonment, or neglect.
Mr. Agnone began law school at Dwayne O. Andreas school of law in 2014. After earning a position in the top 10% of his class, Mr. Agnone transferred to Florida State University. While at Florida State University, Mr. Agnone was a multi-time recipient of the Dean’s List award, and graduated with cum laude honors. Additionally, while at Florida State University, Mr. Agnone earned the highest grade award aka “book award” in “Alternative Dispute Resolutions,” a class focused on mediation and arbitration, which was taught by Florida Supreme Court Justice, Ricky Polston. During Mr. Agnone’s time at both law schools, Mr. Agnone interned with the Tropical Bowl, FCS Bowl, and National Bowl. Mr. Agnone is currently in the process of obtaining a certificate to practice as a Contract Advisor for the National Football League.
