Joseph Ross joined Lydecker Diaz as an Associate in March of 2017, after serving as an Attorney Regulatory Officer at a large New Jersey state agency. He developed policy and regulations, handled responses to Open Public Records Act requests and functioned as the department’s liaison to the State Ethics Commission.
Prior to his state role, Joseph clerked in the Pike County Court of Common Pleas in Northeast Pennsylvania, where the majority of his assignments were business disputes, real estate matters and insurance proceedings.
Joseph began his career at a large housing authority, where he worked directly with executive management and outside counsel on the development of policies and procedures, receivership compliance and as a paralegal focused on insurance defense.
