Mr. Neudorff is an associate attorney at the firm’s Boca Raton Office. Since beginning his career, Mr. Neudorff has concentrated his practice in the field of construction and commercial litigation. Mr. Neudorff’s construction litigation experience includes assisting contractors, owners, design professionals, sureties, insurance carriers and suppliers with claims regarding construction defects, professional negligence, payment disputes, scheduling impacts, performance and payment bond claims, and forensic engineering. Mr. Neudorff has successfully represented clients in all phases of litigation including trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Neudorff was an associate at a well-known south Florida construction litigation firm, was awarded a prestigious Construction Superintendent Internship with one of the nation’s largest home builders and clerked for a head administrative judge in the 11th District of Florida. Mr. Neudorff has a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Real Estate with an area of specialization from the Rinker College of Building and Construction at the University of Florida and a law degree from the University of Florida as well.
