Alery Delgado is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office, where she maintains an active trial and civil litigation practice in State Courts throughout Florida. Ms. Delgado’s area of practice includes general civil trial litigation, insurance defense, premises liability, products liability, and motor vehicle negligence defense.
Alery Delgado graduated from Florida International University in Miami, Florida in 2005 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. Before going to law school, Ms. Delgado worked as a paralegal and law clerk for over nine years in various prominent law firms in Miami where she gained invaluable experience in products liability, automobile negligence, and premises liability resulting in catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. Ms. Delgado also conducted investigations as a licensed Private Investigator in Florida.
Ms. Delgado obtained her Juris Doctorate – Cum Laude, from Saint Thomas University. While attending law school, Ms. Delgado served as a member of the Saint Thomas University Law Review and Mock Trial. She also served as a Senator of the Student Bar Association and Social Chair of the Cuban American Student Bar Association. During her last semester of law school she also interned in the Litigation Division of the City of Miami Attorney’s Office where she handled cases in State and Federal Courts in the areas of Government, Commercial, Civil Rights, and Negligence.
