Our IP department also handles the preparation and filing of all registrations, oppositions, and post-registration documents, oppose and petition to cancel third-party applications and registrations similar to our clients’ trademarks.

Copyright Law

Our office understands the value in certain intellectual property and has developed a strong department dedicated exclusively to the handling of registration and the litigation of copyright matters. The Copyright Law section also provides clients with periodic monitoring of applications with the Copyright Office to ensure our clients’ property rights are not infringed. Because we understand our clients’ technologies and business environment needs as well as the law, we are uniquely qualified to assist and advise clients on handling the risks and protecting their intellectual property assets before the Trademark and Patent Office and in litigation.
