Professional Experience
Alex Tirado-Luciano is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Tirado-Luciano practices general civil litigation with an emphasis in complex commercial litigation. His practice areas include the representation of corporate clients in matters concerning professional malpractice, contract
liability, tort actions, class action defense, immigration, bankruptcy, andappellate law.

Educational Background
Mr. Tirado-Luciano graduated from Florida International University where he earned a B. A. Degree in 2006 in History and a Juris Doctor degree in 2009. In law school, he was a member of the trial team and served as a certified legal intern at the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, where he represented clients in matters involving wage theft, asylum claims, and adjustment
of status cases. He was also part of a legal team which traveled to Zacatecas, Mexico in order to investigate alleged human rights violations.

Mr. Tirado-Luciano was also the founder and president of the Government and Politics Student Association, and was recognized
as a Latino Leader Mentor by the Hispanic National Bar Foundation.

Bar Admissions and Professional Memberships
Mr. Tirado-Luciano is admitted to practice in all state courts of Florida and before the United States District Court for the
Northern District of Florida. He is a member of the Puerto Rican Bar Association and Hispanic National Bar Foundation.
He is fluent in Spanish.
