Professional Experience
Ms. Richison is a litigation attorney whose areas of practice are diverse,
but currently include both first and third party litigation related to property
damage claims. Ms. Richison centers her practice on first party property
insurance defense litigation including bad faith litigation, fraud investigation, and windstorm coverage issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Richison was employed as an associate with a local corporate defense firm specializing
in first party property insurance defense litigation. Prior to her career in civil practice, Ms. Richison defended countless
misdemeanor and felony criminal cases as an Assistant Public Defender with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office.
