Professional Experience
Laura Revak Gonzalez, Esq. focuses her practice primarily on intellectual property matters, including the clearance, protection,
management and enforcement of intellectual property rights within the United States and in dozens of foreign countries, primarily
in Canada, Europe, and Latin America. Laura has represented clients in numerous intellectual property matters concerning
trademarks, copyrights, cybersquatting and domain name disputes, and unfair competition before several federal courts as well
as the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Laura also counsels
clients concerning advertising and promotional law matters including contests, sweepstakes, and the review of marketing materials.
She also has experience aiding clients with licensing and franchising issues and due diligence investigations.
