Professional Experience
Stephanie Pidermann's practice involves all aspects of federal and state
civil trial litigation with a primary focus on complex business
litigation, including business torts and real estate litigation;
government liability; and construction litigation. She has also been
involved with administrative proceedings in the areas of labor and
employment law.
Before joining Lydecker | Diaz, Stephanie practiced complex commercial litigation
at a boutique law firm specializing in real estate/transaction litigation, business
torts, internet defamation, commercial landlord tenant litigation, post judgement
collections and general contract disputes.
While completing her legal studies, Stephanie served as a judicial extern to the
Honorable Nikki Ann Clark, of the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida. Stephanie
also served as an advocate for children at the Children's Advocacy Center, where
she handled juvenile dependency and delinquency cases before the Unified Family Court.
Additionally, Stephanie worked extensively for a prominent Government and Public
Relations firm as an associate lobbyist and campaign manager, where she began
as an intern during her undergraduate studies and returned after law school to serve as a
campaign manager for the November 2008 election season.
