Professional Experience
Ms. Natelson has worked in the public and private sector, and has successfully litigated and resolved matters in state and
federal court. Ms. Natelson’s legal experience encompasses a range of complex business and business tort matters, intellectual
property matters and bankruptcy law. Before joining Lydecker Diaz in 2009, Ms. Natelson served as in-house general counsel for
several closely held corporations, was a sole practitioner, and then joined Mitrani, Rynor, Adamsky & Toland, P.A. as an associate
attorney. Ms. Natelson’s background also includes experience as an intern law clerk for the Hon. William M. Hoeveler, Federal
District Court of the Southern District of Florida; intern congressional aide for the Hon. Edward J. Stack., U.S. House of
Representatives; and intern senatorial aide for the Hon. Jack H. Backman, Senior Senator, Commonwealth of MA.
Professional and Community Involvement
In addition to her professional commitments, Ms. Natelson has been active in her community for many years. Ms. Natelson
presently serves on the City of Hallandale Beach’s Planning and Zoning Board, and has done so for over seven years.
Additionally, she was Executive Chair of Leadership Development and held other leadership positions on the board of the
Young Leadership Council, Greater Miami Jewish Federation. Ms. Natelson is also registered with FEMA as a member
of the Certified Emergency Response Team (“CERT”), for the Hallandale Beach Fire Department. She also is an elected
committeewoman and is active in other civic and charitable organizations in her community.
