Professional Experience
Thomas Juliano is an associate in the Firm’s Miami office. He concentrates his practice in first-party property defense litigation, with an emphasis in bad faith litigation, fraud investigation, and windstorm coverage issues. Mr. Juliano received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law.

While in law school, Mr. Juliano gained valuable legal experience through his participation in the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and
Human Rights Clinic. As a student attorney, Mr. Juliano represented immigrants detained at Krome Service Processing Center in U.S.
federal immigration court and in human rights advocacy cases before international human rights bodies. In addition, Mr. Juliano
developed and implemented a comprehensive training program to instruct fellow law students, attorneys, volunteers, and translators
on how to properly assist eligible Haitian immigrants apply for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) in response to the Haiti Earthquake.
