Professional Experience
While pursuing her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Hirschman worked as an intern at the Public Defender’s Miami Office in Juvenile Court. She
also spent a summer working as a law clerk at a personal injury firm. After law school, Ms. Hirschman worked for a law firm on a contract basis where she practiced Criminal Defense.

Educational Background
Falon Hirschman is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. She was born and raised in upstate New York, and then moved to South Florida where she
attended high school. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology at Florida State University. While pursuing her degree, Ms. Hirschman was
an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha.
Ms. Hirschman attended the Florida International University College of Law where she earned her J.D. While in law school, she was elected by her
classmates to serve on the Student Bar Association as her class representative for two consecutive years. She also received the Book Award for Complex Litigation.
