Professional Experience
In his professional career Mr. Galimidi has handled a wide array of both complex litigation and transactional matters.
In addition to advising clients regarding domestic and foreign real estate transactions Mr. Galimidi has also successfully represented
national corporate clients and private individuals in all phases of litigation before State, Federal Courts as well as city and county
commissions. Prior to joining the Firm Mr. Galimidi represented a number of professional athletes in contract negotiations with various
professional football leagues including the National Football League and the Canadian Football League. Mr. Galimidi is also a licensed Title
Agent for the Attorneys’ Title Fund. Mr. Galimidi has also presented seminars on bad faith litigation, general maritime law,
the Jones Act and other marine coverage issues for clients.

Associate counsel in Federal national class action brought by Plaintiffs alleging violations of (1) Racketeer Influenced and
Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), Declaratory and Injunctive Relief under 18 U.S.C. § 1964(A); (3) Money Had and Received;
4) Unjust Enrichment, and (5) Violation of Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. Plaintiffs sought in excess of
Three Hundred Million Dollars in Damages ($300,000,000.00). Mr. Galimidi was part of the team assembled which successfully
obtained a final summary judgment in favor of Defendant law firm against all Plaintiffs on all counts with law firm exonerated of
any liability for its civil recovery practice.
