Professional Experience
Ms. Fisher has had a career encompassing multiple areas of law. This experience includes commercial
litigation in such varied areas as landlord/tenant, contract disputes and even patent protection.
Significant Representations
Ms. Fisher has participated in major election cases in our community, including Bush v. Gore. Ms. Fisher
has also advocated for and represented clients in the appellate courts, involving the interpretation of statutes,
in cases of first impression, in many instances. Some of these cases include:
