Professional Experience
Gregory’s practice focuses on all phases of civil litigation including general civil litigation, civil rights-related litigation including
state and federal constitutional law, complex commercial litigation, government liability, products liability, premises liability, general personal injury defense,
professional malpractice, including administrative actions brought by the Florida Department of Health, and real property litigation.
Gregory also has experience working in the public sector, having worked at the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney and the General Counsel’s Office for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
Significant Representations
Gregory has defended claims against state agencies, municipalities, and municipal employees involving issues of sovereign
immunity, qualified immunity, federal state actions, 1983 actions, municipal code violations, sexual harassment and numerous
common law tort claims. He has also engaged in the defense of claims alleging legal malpractice against professionals and
firms, products liability, premises liability and the defense of condominium associations. In the commercial context, Gregory has
worked on disputes involving partnership assets, breach of contract, the Florida Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act, civil
conspiracy and fiduciary duty claims.
