Professional Experience
Mr. Hendricks is an associate attorney in the firm’s Miami Office. While Mr. Hendricks has experience in a number of different areas, he
currently specializes in first and third party property defense. Specifically, he has handled cases involving windstorm coverage issues, theft
claims, broken pipe claims, fire claims, fraud investigations and bad faith litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hendricks was a division leader at a local corporate defense firm specializing in first and third party property
insurance defense litigation. While a large number of his cases were Hurricane related, Mr. Hendricks worked a wide variety of cases involving all aspects of property insurance defense.
