Mariano Ariel Corcilli’s practice involves complex business litigation, government liability, constitutional and administrative law, and civil rights litigation.

Mariano Ariel Corcilli joined Lydecker Diaz from the Palm Beach County Office of the State Attorney where he was a criminal prosecutor and successfully litigated and tried matters in both Bench and Jury Trials. Prior to being an Assistant State Attorney, Mariano was an active duty Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Mariano served for eight years and, during his time in the Marines, he deployed several times with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit. Mariano was stationed on both coasts of this country and served in Africa and Europe.

Education
Mariano earned his Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2006. While at the University of Florida, he was the President of the Collegiate Veterans Society, where he advocated for, counseled, and supported the veterans and returning service-members in attaining their educational goals. Mariano earned his law degree from The American University – Washington College of Law. He was a Senior Staffer at the Administrative Law Review and assisted in the drafting and editing of a recently published administrative law casebook.
